Announcing Customer Go Live on Office 365 and Hosted Lync for Enterprise Voice

March 14th 2013, Seattle: We are happy to announce that last week we migrated one of our customers from in-house Exchange and PBX on to Office365 and our Hosted Lync platform. Customer is leveraging Office 365 for email and our hosted Lync platform for Lync with Enterprise voice and Unified Messaging. Highlights are

Office 365 for Email
Users on Hosted Lync for Enterprise Voice (Inbound / Outbound PSTN dialing)
Outlook / Lync for Audio conferencing with PSTN dial-in numbers
Unified Messaging for voicemail, Subscriber access and Auto Attendant
Customized Response Groups
Reused Polycom IP phones
Added Lync SNOM 821 phones for PSTN calls
Lync mobility support (Lync clients on their smart phones)
Federated Lync for communication with their Customers and Partners

The entire setup is on our Hosted Lync and Cloud PBX platform. New system provides greater flexibility and increased productivity for the employees with significant savings in IT and Telecommunication cost.
