VOIP Connections is proud to announce Desktop faxing service for our customers. Desktop faxing is an easy way to fax right from application (e.g. Word, Excel) that you are working on. No need to print and then use a physical fax machine to fax the document. It saves time and also it saves printing costs.

1. What is Desktop Faxing?

   Desktop faxing is the ability to fax right from your desktop. No need to print the document and then fax it using a fax machine. You can fax it right from your desktop.

2. Can I fax from any application?

   Yes, you can fax from any application that supports printing.

3. Do I need additional hardware / modem to enable this?

   No hardware / modem is required.

4. What do I need to install to enable this?

   We provide you the required software that needs to be installed on the machine from which you will be faxing. Just follow few simple steps and you should be able to fax right from your desktop.

5. Can I do international faxing?

   We are currently working on this. In this release we support faxing to US numbers only.

6. Do you support incoming faxes?

   Yes, faxes sent to an incoming number will be automatically converted into PDF file and mailed to you.
